Jake Bongiovi is recognized as the son of renowned musician Jon Bon Jovi and is making headlines as the individual engaged to Millie Bobby Brown.

This week, followers of the hit series “Stranger Things” received some significant news. Millie Bobby Brown, renowned for her portrayal of Eleven on the show, dropped hints suggesting that she’s engaged to her boyfriend, Jake Bongiovi.

If Jake’s face seems familiar, it might be because he bears a striking resemblance to his famous father, rock icon Jon Bon Jovi. Jake is the third eldest child of Jon Bon Jovi.

At 20 years old, Jake and Millie, aged 19, are reportedly engaged, having been in a relationship since 2021. The announcement of their engagement elicited mixed reactions from fans. While some expressed concerns about Millie’s young age, especially considering her public upbringing on “Stranger Things,” others noted the evident affection between the couple.

Jake shared photos of them on Instagram with the caption “Forever 🤍”, while Brown posted a picture with lyrics from Taylor Swift’s song expressing enduring love.

Brown revealed in November that she met her fiancé on Instagram and elaborated on their relationship journey in an interview with Wired.

The couple made their debut on the red carpet together at the 2022 BAFTA Awards last March.

Behind Jake’s Hollywood stardom is a family with its own fame. His father, Jon Bon Jovi, is a legendary rock musician who has been married to Dorothea Hurley since 1989. Together, they have four children, with Jake being the third oldest among his siblings: Stephanie Rose (29), Jesse (28), and Romeo (19).

During his high school years, Jake was active in advocating against school shootings, organizing a walkout at his school to demand action. He also participated in football at Poly Prep Country Day School.

Following high school, Jake attended Syracuse University, but he did not return for his second year, according to reports.

While Jake bears a resemblance to his rockstar father, his career aspirations lie in acting. He has two projects in production: the HBO Max feature “Sweethearts” and the comedy “Rockbottom,” where he will play the character of Justin, tasked with overcoming stage fright to lead a hair metal band to glory.

Jake Bongiovi, all grown up and reminiscent of his famous dad, embarks on an exciting new chapter with his engagement to Millie Bobby Brown.
